Audio-Visual Communications services all the products we sell.  Our installers are factory-trained and certified. In addition, they are all licensed and insured for the jobs they do. After the installation, all equipment is covered by warranty for one year. Service calls during that year for failures in normal use are not charged to the customer. Damage due to lightning or vandalism is not covered under the normal warranty. However, warranty coverage can be extended to these and other circumstances. Our goal is customer satisfaction.

Priority One Service features routine cleaning, maintenance and a courtesy replacement unit when your unit is out of order. Your equipment is covered 24 hr. a day every day of the year. Customers are protected against obsolescence so equipment can be updated or purchased through the service contract without a capital investment. 

Attention Warranty Options include four, eight, 24 or 72 hour response times for a service call. We realize that your security is important and a quick response from us is vital to your business.
